Donny Barstow’s involvement in leadership started with being the team captain in sports, becoming the President of his fraternity in college, and growing as an influential and motivating leader at MCCi for more than 19 years.
His dedication to leadership philosophies led him to founding TEO (Tallahassee Entrepreneurs Organization), to becoming an active member of YPO (Young President’s Organization), and a graduate from Leadership Tallahassee. He has a B.S in Management Information Systems and Finance from Florida State University and an MBA from the University of Florida. Donny is counted on for his weekly inspirational leadership notes and Monday morning kick-start emails. He writes a weekly blog to help others develop a leadership perspective by sharing what it takes to be a great leader.
Each year the Executive Team at MCCi collaborates on a customer-centric theme for our team to put their focus and ‘Client Lane’ was born for 2019. MCCi continues to exist to serve our clients and to help them achieve their goals by providing best-in-class service and support.
