The Associate Sales Development Representative will play a key role by building initial relationships with government entities.

Records Request challenges continue to increase for government agencies, and the call for transparency is at an all-time high. Organizations across the country are selecting JustFOIA to efficiently bridge the transparency gap with their community to create an environment of trust and accountability. JustFOIA is the easiest-to-use cloud-based records requests software that manages every step of the process from intake to delivery. JustFOIA saves our clients valuable time through automating repetitive tasks, such as assignments, reminders, and communication with requesters and responders.

We are looking for a driven, self-motivated individual to generate leads in the Government space primarily through outbound calls and emails to secure online product demonstrations of records request software for Solution Consultants.

We are looking for individuals who:

  • Are comfortable making outbound sales calls
  • Consistently achieve goals and driven to deliver results
  • Have excellent communication skills, specifically over the phone and via email
  • Are excited about staying abreast of relevant technology applications and trends
  • Establishes strong working relationships with clients and colleagues to drive business and ensure client satisfaction
  • Are honest, respectful of others, and adhere to business standards and ethics

We expect individuals to:

  • Make outbound sales prospecting calls and emails
  • Maintain accurate and complete records of calls in CRM
  • Schedule online product demonstrations for Solution Consultants
  • Provide strategic input for product sales initiatives and marketing specifically as it relates to geographic and vertical market analysis
  • Maintain and effectively manage prospect “follow-up” list
  • Exceed established goals for daily sales communication


  • Demonstrated work ethic and work history
  • Preferred experience in any type of sales role. This includes retail, hospitality, internships, etc.
  • Technology/software sales experience is a plus
